Casinacho Games: a week with a pocket-sized time-killer

Casinacho Games: a week with a pocket-sized time-killer

I didn't think Casinacho Games would survive my usual cull of casual apps, but it stuck around. There's something about its calm, no-fuss presentation that made it an easy default for small gaps in the day.

The whole thing runs on taps and the occasional swipe, so you can play it one-handed on a crowded bus. Each mini-challenge starts instantly and wraps up quickly, which is exactly the rhythm a casual game should have.

What won me over was the restraint. No barrage of notifications, no cluttered screens fighting for attention. You open it, play a round or two, close it, and you don't feel like you've been managed.

If you want depth or a long arc to chase, this isn't that. But as a quiet palate cleanser between heavier games, Casinacho Games does its job cleanly. I'd keep it around for the short-session days.
